Viewing Resource Details, Qualifications, and Status
From the My Resources tab, you can view all of the information about your resources.
To view details about your resources from the My Resources table:
- In the Action column, click on the Resource Information.PDF
-OR-
- Click on the information icon (
) for a specific resource and the Resource Details and Resource Qualifications and Statusdialog box appears.
The Resource Details displays the resource attributes that you entered in the Manage Your Resources wizard.
The Resource Qualifications displays the resource category type that your resource qualifies for based on the attributes that you entered when you added the resource into the vendor application. If you change the attributes so that it changes the resource category type, the new type will be displayed in the Qualifications section.
NOTE:In the My Resources table, if a resource with its current attributes does not qualify for any resource categories within a specified Resource Group, then a bold, red "UNQUALIFIED" label is displayed in the Resource Group column. The default sorting in the table will be to display all unqualified resources at the top of the table.
Special Note about Generic Resources:When you first add a generic resource into the vendor application, the Resource Qualification will be "Generic Resource." However, once you submit a quote using that generic resource, the Resource Qualification will change to whatever the resource category is for the solicitation.
For example, if a CO posts a generic solicitation for "Forklift01 for Pike NF," and you submit a quote to that solicitation using your generic resource, then once you complete your quote, the Resource Qualification will change to"Forklift01 for Pike NF."
The Status information displays the current status of the resource. For resources that are submitted on a quote and awarded on an agreement, the status will include the Dispatch Center, as well. The statuses for a resource can be
- Available - Resource is not currently on an agreement, so it is available to submit on a quote; this status includes resources that may have been replaced or withdrawn from an agreement through a modification, as well as resources that were on an expired or canceled agreement.
- Awarded - Resource is awarded on an agreement; this status includes suspended resources that have been resumed, terminated resources that have been reinstated, and disqualified resources.
- Not Awarded - Resource was submitted on a quote for a solicitation, but was not awarded on an agreement for that specific solicitation. This resource is available to be submitted on a different quote or can be awarded on a different agreement.
- Replaced- Resource was on an agreement, but has been replaced by another resource. The replaced resource is available to submit on a quote or can be awarded on a different agreement.
- Submitted on Quote - Resource is submitted on at least one quote; the resource can be submitted on more than one quote.
- Suspended - Resource is on an agreement, but has been suspended. This resource cannot be awarded on a different agreement while it is suspended on an agreement nor can it be submitted on a quote for a different solicitation.
- Terminated - Resource is on an agreement, but has been terminated. This resource is available to be submitted on a different quote or awarded on a different agreement; however, if the resource is awarded on a different agreement, then it cannot be reinstated on its original agreement.
- Unqualified - Resource does not qualify for any resource categories with its current attributes. Resources must qualify for a resource category before they can be submitted on a quote.
- Withdrawn - Resource was on an agreement, but has been withdrawn through a modification. The withdrawn resource is available to submit on a quote or can be awarded on a different agreement.
NOTE: If a resource has a status of Replaced, Withdrawn, or Terminated, then the resource is treated as an "available" resource and it can be submitted on a quote and awarded on another agreement.
